1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
3. Products and availability
Products are described and priced on the site to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. VIBE currently sells a limited first production run ("Drop 001"); stock is limited and an order does not guarantee availability until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to limit order quantities.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are placed and paid through our checkout, processed securely by Stripe. A contract is formed once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation by email. We do not store your full card details.
5. Pricing, shipping and delivery
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative and communicated on the product page and at checkout; delays can occur, particularly for a first production run. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees charged separately by customs or the courier on delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer ordering from the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer protection law. Full return conditions, including item condition requirements and how refunds are processed, are set out in our Return Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate order and delivery information, to use the site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the checkout, account or NFC/activation systems as they become available.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the VIBE name, logo, product designs, photography and text — is the property of MVM S.r.l. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Italian or EU consumer law. Subject to that, VIBE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or the products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers resident in the EU may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their own country of residence. Disputes will first be addressed by contacting us directly at hello@vibeinharmony.com; EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
